Julien LAZZARI, CEO Twintec Group:

“We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Mendes SA and to have earned the trust of its founder, José Mendes. This is an important step for Twintec, allowing us to continue his legacy and strengthen our presence in France, a strategic market for the group's future. We also extend our gratitude to our partners, particularly GEI, for their support in this operation. This acquisition enhances our offering and enables us to better serve our clients by combining our expertise with that of Mendes SA. »

José MENDES, CEO & founder of MENDES SA :

« Finding the right partner to ensure the long-term success of Mendes SA has been a journey full of twists and turns. It was essential for me to entrust the company’s future to a group that shares our commitments and values. With Twintec, I have found both continuity and a shared vision. The company will continue to bear the Mendes name, a reflection of our history and expertise. I will remain actively involved in this transition—initially on an operational level alongside Michel, and later within the supervisory board with Julien—to help guide this new chapter with confidence. »

Michel LOISEL, COO Twintec Group & New CEO of MENDES SA :

« After leading major restructuring projects for Twintec’s operations in the UK and the US, I can now fully dedicate myself to our activities in France. I fully recognize the challenges ahead in upholding the reputation of this company, built on excellence and commitment. There will be no hasty changes—listening to our clients and employees will be key to our success and to carrying forward this great journey. Mendes SA is, above all, about its people and its recognized expertise in our industry. »
