COSCO Shipping, the largest integrated shipping enterprise in the world, has partnered with Abu Dhabi Ports to create a regional trading hub and Middle East gateway for the Belt and Road initiative in Khalifa Port, United Arab Emirates.
As part of the development was the requirement for a 50,650m2 warehouse that was to be used as short- term storage for de-consolidated cargo.
