The design and construction of a 17,700m² steel fibre reinforced concrete ground floor slab with red dry shake finish.

THE PROBLEM

The specification demanded a high tolerance floor with a surface that would last for years with little or no maintenance and would meet FM2 classification for floor flatness.

OUR APPROACH

Twintec installed an SFRC jointless floor slab with a coloured dry shake topping, enhancing durability and resistance to abrasion and impact.
