The floor slab for a Waste Transfer Station for Poole Borough Council.

THE PROJECT

Twintec designed and constructed a 1,316m² steel fibre reinforced concrete 'jointless' internal ground floor slab suspended on piles.

OUR APPROACH

Twintec constructed a 250mm thick 'jointless' steel fibre reinforced floor slab with an ultra-hard wearing metallic dry shake floor hardener which produced an extremely wear resistant smooth and dense surface.
