In Australia, we supply high-quality, high-performing steel fibres, synthetic fibres and joint solutions to the construction industry. We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Key Account Manager to support our continued growth across New South Wales.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, sales and relationship-focused role within a small, agile Australian team backed by a large global business. Your key accounts are concrete suppliers, and you will also align with engineers and specifiers, builders and concrete placing contractors to drive the right outcomes and provide our fibre and joint solutions across NSW, with a strong focus on Western Sydney, as well as metro and regional works across the state. You will have the autonomy to shape strategy, influence outcomes, and play a key role in expanding our market presence. This is a field-based role with no physical office, so your time is spent out in the market, with admin handled from home. Our technical team supports you on the engineering side, so you can focus on what you do best: supporting our existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Twintec’s market share for fibre and joint systems across NSW

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts

• Align engineers and specifiers, builders, concrete suppliers and placing contractors to achieve desired outcomes

• Identify and convert new business opportunities across multiple construction sectors, with a focus on industrial

• Stay across tender sites and market sources to capture all upcoming projects early and keep a strong pipeline of opportunities

• Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements

• Represent Twintec at industry events, conferences and exhibitions

• Be highly customer-facing, regularly visiting converted and potential project sites and engaging directly with decision-makers

• Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasting and pipeline reporting, giving reliable visibility of future demand to support stock planning, purchasing and efficient supply chain management

About You

• A proactive, self-driven professional who thrives in an autonomous role

• Strong relationship builder with a track record of winning and developing business

• Excellent communicator, able to influence a range of stakeholders across the construction industry

• Commercially sharp, with the curiosity to pick up the technical side as you go

• Experience in construction, concrete, steel fibres or joint systems is advantageous but not essential, as product and technical training is provided

• Highly organised and reliable, whether working remotely or on the road

• Valid driver’s licence and right to work in Australia

• Comfortable with regular travel across Sydney and regional NSW
