We are expanding our Finance team and are looking for an experienced and analytically minded Financial Controller to join us in our office in Vise, Belgium.

As part of our Finance team, you will work across multiple TWINTEC entities, gaining valuable international exposure while supporting financial reporting, controlling, analysis and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will combine strong financial knowledge with curiosity, analytical thinking and a practical mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with both finance and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly and periodic financial closing processes
• Prepare management accounts, financial reviews and budget-vs-actual analysis
• Review journal entries and analyse financial variances
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and intercompany transactions across multiple entities
• Support internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls
• Monitor and follow up on the financial performance of business units
• Ensure that key business decisions, changes and events are accurately reflected in financial reports and analysis
• Support the Finance Manager / CFO with day-to-day financial and administrative activities
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems and reporting

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. An MBA is an advantage
• 2–4 years of experience in controlling, audit, accounting or financial analysis, preferably within a group or multi-entity environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced lookup functions
• Experience with an ERP system is an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• A practical, solution-oriented approach to challenges
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate confidently with both finance and operational teams
