Twintec Saudi LLC is a Belgium–Saudi joint venture specialising in engineered flooring systems for industrial and logistics facilities across the Kingdom. We deliver high-performance slab-on-grade and specialised flooring solutions for some of the region's most demanding projects.

ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a Marketing & Pre-Contracts Specialist to consolidate and own Twintec Saudi's marketing function while providing dedicated support to pre-contract and proposal activities. The role bridges brand building and business capture, ensuring the company presents consistently and professionally to clients, partners, and the wider market, and that pre-qualification and proposal submissions are delivered to a high standard and on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing - Produce and maintain marketing collateral: brochures, business cards, the general company presentation, project spotlights, and case studies - Manage the company blog, newsletters (Twintec and group), clip art and infographics, and project photo enhancement - Maintain and develop the marketing drive (local and group) and project references library - Administer the company's LinkedIn presence and coordinate print and digital advertising, corporate and VIP gifts, and video production through approved third parties - Coordinate events, awards nominations, and group marketing updates - Develop and maintain the annual marketing plan

Pre-Contract & Commercial Support - Prepare and submit prequalification documents and maintain capability statements -Support preparation of preliminary mobilization plans, preliminary execution plans, and project timelines for tenders - Assist with comparison sheets, commercial sheets, responsibility matrices, and proposed project organization charts - Draft introduction emails and supporting correspondence for new opportunities - Maintain commercial document templates, non-disclosure agreements, and sustainability/LEED statements in coordination with the commercial team - Support CRM and pipeline reporting (HubSpot).

Technical Submittal Support - Coordinate and compile technical submittals and material submittals for tenders and projects, as required - Support drawing preparation and revisions in coordination with the technical team - Maintain drawing and document templates to ensure consistency and brand compliance across technical deliverables

Cross-Functional Support - Assist other departments with company presentations, document templates, and brand-consistent materials as required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing, business development, bids/proposals, or a related function, preferably within construction, engineering, or industrial B2B sectors

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and CRM platforms (HubSpot) is an advantage

- Working familiarity with technical and material submittal processes; basic ability to read and coordinate construction drawings is an advantage

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic strongly preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables under deadline

- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia; based in or willing to relocate to the Eastern Province
