We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Country Manager to lead and expand Twintec’s operations in the UAE. This role is responsible for overseeing business development, operational performance, and strategic growth across the region while ensuring alignment with global standards.

The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with deep market knowledge of the UAE construction or industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all UAE operations, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
• Develop and execute country-level business strategies aligned with global objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
• Represent Twintec in industry events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8–12+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in construction or industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and business environment
• Proven track record in business development and operations management
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Financial acumen and strategic thinking ability
