The Project
Due to the sub-base several tests were carried out to secure the sub-base to a particular value to prevent cracking. As underfloor heating was required, the floor slab was laid on isolation.
Our Approach
Twintec's inhouse engineering team created a design to meet the needs of the client and the use of the building. A traditional design with mesh was the best solution for this project.
De Groot founded in 1927, are specialists in wood constructions. They began with prefabricated wood constructions, and today they are "Circular Building" by reusing raw materials.
