As discerning facility owners understand, sawn control joints, as found with all conventional slabs, result in recurring, costly issues. Forklift wheel replacement costs and other productivity inefficiencies due to lower handling speeds are entirely caused by the operation of sawn, damaged conventional slabs where sawn joints have curled, spalled, or failed entirely.
Our Approach
Twintec USA provided design-build services with their Freeplan™ turn-key engineered slab system at the most recent Henningsen cold storage building, supporting Henningsen's growing presence in Eastern Washington State.
Henningsen Cold Storage, one of the largest 3PL services provider in North America, has partnered with Twintec USA since 2013 throughout the Pacific NorthWest for all their new climate-controlled buildings.
