The Project

BREMBER BAU has commissioned Twintec to produce the floor slabs for the toy manufacturer SMYTHS TOYS for their new
logistics facility in Wallersdorf, Germany.

Our Approach

For units 1, 2 and 3 (24,192m²), a TwinPlan M floor slab with a conventional reinforcement of FEM 30cm was cast. For units 4 and 5 (25,809m²), Freeplan was used in accordance with DIN 18202, with one section requiring a special flatness in accordance with FEM 10.2.14_FEM4.103.1.
