Recently, a new machine has been developed at Topp & Screed, the TS6200e Electric Superflat Screed. This new TS 6200e Electric Superflat Screed is equipped with a state-of-the-art automatic laser system ensuring precise leveling and high productivity. The machine head distributes the concrete, removes excess, and vibrates in a single movement. Additionally, with its new lightweight head screed, it can cover the equivalent of 22 m² in a single pass. All of this, equipped with the latest technology in electric motors, operating 100% electrically. It also features 4 motorized wheels that can pivot on their axis and a new telescopic boom for even more performance.

With 4 batteries, the TS 6200e Electric Superflat Screed is efficient up to 4,500 m² with a single battery charge, with a range of up to 11 hours of work. It can be recharged in 12 to 13 hours when plugged into 230V and in 4 to 5 hours when plugged into 380V. The performances may vary based on charging and job site conditions.
Electrical equipment requires minimal maintenance. This is a huge advantage, reducing maintenance costs and time, and maximizing machine uptime.
The TS6200e Electric Superflat Screed is equipped with an advanced operating system. It features revolutionary and cutting-edge technology, including the multilingual SFS 3.0 software linked to a tactile touchscreen, loaded with multiple features allowing the operator to finely adjust the machine to different applications for ultimate performance.
