Twintec Kalman Seamless Concrete® slabs are created by blending proprietary expansive material, known as Twintec Kalman SC®, with conventional concrete at the local batch plant. Differing from pre-blended mixes, using Twintec Kalman SC® allows control of the amount, rate, and longevity of expansion to meet the conditions encountered in any location. This process eliminates approximately 80% of the joints found in a typical floor. Eliminating joints increases production by decreasing the need for maintenance, saving the owner time and money.
